A manufacturer site that had stood still since 2016
They make horticultural LED fixtures. The range kept growing; the website did not. Every specification lived inside a downloadable catalogue, and changing anything meant calling someone outside the company. Product pages through to an admin console, all rebuilt. The owner now edits the site himself.
The company name and logo are blurred. The site has not formally launched, so the name on screen is a placeholder.
Same company, same products
The old site sat on a shopping-cart platform built in 2016. It broke on mobile, and finding a product took three menu clicks.

Specifications came out of the catalogue and onto the page
What this company sells is not a lamp. It is light output. And every one of those numbers was locked inside a downloadable file. A buyer has to be able to compare before opening anything, and a search engine has to be able to read the figures at all. So they were rebuilt as tables.

Nobody has to call a developer any more
The rebuild was only half of it. Publishing a single news item used to mean contacting someone outside the company. calling someone outside the company. So an admin console and a written guide were built alongside it. Written for someone who does not spend their day in front of a computer.

Enquiries now arrive in a state you can answer
Enquiries used to arrive with a name and a phone number and nothing else. Which means ringing back and asking everything from scratch. The form now collects what a lighting design actually needs up front: crop, growing method, floor area and canopy height.

What the company had earned came out of the archive too
Certificates, installations and press coverage were buried inside a message board. This is the material a first-time buyer uses to decide whether you are worth trusting. All of it now sits two clicks from the first screen.
