What a website redesign costs a small manufacturer in 2026
Quotes for the same "6-page company site" range from $300 to $15,000. The difference is not the design. It is whether anyone planned the structure, whether you can edit it yourself, and whether you own it at the end. Here is what each band includes and my full price list.

The gap is not markup. A $500 template is a fill-in-the-blanks job. A $10,000 agency project starts with deciding what to show and in what order. If you sell three products and need a brochure site, the template is the right buy. If you sell forty products with different ratings, structure is the whole job.
Ask these five before you compare numbers
- Who owns it at the end — source code handed over at final payment, or hosted on their server with a monthly fee? The second option means rebuilding from scratch when you change vendors.
- Can you edit it — adding a product means emailing the agency, or logging in? If the quote does not say, it is usually $800–2,000 extra.
- Is it responsive — does it work on a phone and a tablet without a separate "mobile version" line item.
- Revisions and warranty — how many rounds during the build, how many days of fixes after launch. "To be agreed" means billed per change later.
- What happens to your content — do they write the product copy, or are you expected to deliver 40 finished pages of text on day one.

Payment is 40% after you approve the concept and 60% at launch. Nothing at the concept stage. The calculator on the home page gives you the total, and that total is the contract price.
Pick by product count, not by budget
- 3–5 products, brochure site, changes once a year → template band. Hiring me would be overkill.

How much does a B2B website redesign cost in 2026?

Is there a price list?
Yes. Rebuild $1,900, admin console +$900, each extra language +$450, AI search readiness +$400, content preparation +$300, care plan $79 a month. The calculator on the home page gives the total and that is the contract price.
What do I have to send to get a quote?
Your company name and current URL. Instead of a quote you get a concept of your own site within 48 hours, with the configuration and price written on it. The concept is free.
Are there hidden costs?
No hosting lock-in and no monthly fee unless you choose the care plan. Revisions inside scope are one round during the build and 30 days after launch. Anything outside scope is priced before I start and never billed without approval.
How do I pay from the US?
Card or bank transfer through an invoice, or an international wire. Fees are quoted net. The contract states Korean tax is not withheld on services supplied from Korea; a W-8BEN is available on request.
Why is it cheaper than an agency?
One person, Seoul-based, no US overhead, and the concept is built before you commit so there is no sales cycle to pay for. I ask to show the finished site in my portfolio in return.
