Frequently asked questions

Is the concept really free? What's the catch?

It is free. The only condition is that you are a real, operating business. If you don't like the concept, close the tab. I will not follow up.

What do you build the concept from?

Your current site, catalogs and public material. To start I only need the company name and URL. Photos or documents make the concept better but are optional.

What does it cost?

$1,900 for a full rebuild. Admin console +$900, each extra language +$450, content preparation +$300, care plan $79/month (optional). Whatever you configure in the calculator above is the quote.

Why is the admin console optional?

Many owners would rather send me an email than log in and edit. If you want to edit products, news and images yourself, add it and you get a manual with it.

How long does it take?

3–4 weeks after the deposit. The faster you send material, the faster it goes. You can check progress on a private link at any time.

How many revisions?

One round during the build and two weeks of free fixes after launch. Anything outside the scope is quoted before I start and never billed without your written OK.

Who owns the site and the code?

You do, in full, on final payment. No hosting lock-in, no monthly rent. I can deploy to accounts in your name.

We don't have good photos.

That's fine. The concept uses placeholders where your photos should go, and I mark what to shoot. Stock photos of somebody else's hardware are never used.

How do payments work?

40% deposit after you approve the concept, 60% at launch. Invoices in USD; international bank transfer. Card payment is coming.

Can we keep our domain and email?

Yes. The domain stays where it is; only the website record changes. Email settings are not touched.

Do you do multiple languages?

Yes, +$450 per language. Not just a translation: the structure is built for the buyers in that market.
