1. The service

Mockfirst provides website concepts (mockups), website builds and rebuilds, and optional add-ons (admin console, extra languages, content preparation, care plan). The concept is free. Paid work starts only after you approve a concept and sign a separate service agreement.

2. Free concept

The concept is built from the company name, URL and public material you provide and is delivered as a private link. It is a proposal; until a contract is signed its copyright stays with the operator. If you do not like it nothing is charged and, unless you ask, there is no follow-up.

3. Paid work

Prices are the published flat prices (USD); the amount in the signed agreement prevails. A 40% deposit is invoiced after concept approval and signature; the 60% balance at review completion and launch. One revision round during the build and two weeks of free fixes after launch are included. Out-of-scope work is quoted in writing first and never billed without approval.

4. Refunds

If the build drifts from the approved concept, the deposit is refunded in full at any time before launch. If the client does not respond for 10 business days the project may be paused.

5. Ownership

On final payment, source code and design rights transfer to the client in full. The operator may show the work in a portfolio and will anonymise it on request.

6. Liability

The operator's liability is limited to the amount actually paid. Search rankings, traffic and inquiry volume are not guaranteed.

7. Governing law

Laws of the Republic of Korea; parties negotiate in good faith for 15 days before any proceedings in the Seoul Central District Court.

Privacy policy

1. What is collected and why

• Required: company name, email — to build and send the concept and progress updates
• Optional: website URL, industry, contact name, phone, notes — to build the concept and talk to you
• Automatic: IP address, browser, timestamps; on e-signature, the signature image, IP and time — abuse prevention and contract evidence

2. Retention

Requests without a contract are deleted after one year. Contract records are kept for five years as required by Korean commercial law.

3. Processors

No data is sold or shared with third parties. Storage: Neon (US, database) and Vercel (US, hosting); email: Resend (US). Each is bound to use data only for these purposes.

4. Marketing

No marketing email. Only the concept, progress and contract messages you asked for.

5. Your rights

Ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time: eddy@eddyhwangstudio.com. Handled within three business days.
